This award was presented at the annual Golf Course Superintendent show held this year in Atlanta, Georgia. To qualify for this award, 4 or more Golf Course projects had to be completed in 2002. In 1997 the company won the small builders award from the same organizations.
Renovations to the Point Mallard Golf Course began on February 3, 2003 under the direction of Golf Course Architect, John Lafoy of Greenville S.C. All 18 greens will be rebuilt to USGA specifications.
Extensive tee, irrigation, drainage, and cart path work will be completed. As of this date Quality Grassing and Services, Inc. has completed approximately 75 Golf Courses including Major renovations nationwide.
