Ice Skating Lessons
General Class InformationPoint Mallard's Ice Complex offers Beginning Tot, Advanced Tot, Beginning Figure Skating, Intermediate Figure Skating, Beginning Adult, and Advanced Adult Classes.
Cost of sessions is normally $88.00 plus a $10.00 registration fee per person. Tot classes are for age 4 to 6 only. Classes for Fall 2003 begin August 2, 2003 and conclude on September 25, 2003.
Mommy & Me Skate Classes:
These are skate classes for mommy, and child. The great thing is Only Mommy Pays. The cost of the session which begins August 2nd is $88.00 plus a $20.00 registration fee for mommy and child. A total cost of $108.00.
Note: We strongly suggest that children 6 years old and below, with little skating experience, wear helmets until they become used to the Ice.
Back to School Figure Skating Class Schedule: Begins August 2, 2003 and conclude on September 25,2003. Classes consist of a 30 minute lesson, and 30 minutes of practice. Cost is $88.00 plus a $10.00 registration fee(due 1 time per year)

Mommy and Me: Monday 1:00pm-1:30pm and Thursday 1:00pm-1:30pm;.
Intermediate Figure: Wednesday 6:00pm-6:30pm
Advanced Figure: Monday 1:30pm-2:00pm; Tuesday 4:15pm-4:45pm; Wednesday 6:00pm-6:30pm; Thursday 1:30pm-2:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-10:30am
Adult: Monday 12:00am-12:30 pm; Wednesday 6:30pm-7:00 pm; Thursday 12:00am-12:30pm
Above times are lesson times. Please call to find out when your practice time is scheduled. Each skater will have a 30 minute lesson and at least a 30 minute practice time before or after the lesson. For more information call the Ice Complex at (256) 341-4910.
Please dress warmly for classes. Be sure to wear gloves. Please note that the $10.00 registration fee includes a membership to the United States Figure Skating Association basic skills program, a basic skills record book, and a membership patch.
